Lodwrick Cook is Vice Chairman of Pacific Capital Group. He is also CEO of Cook Hill Properties, LLC and a member of the Board of iCrete, LLC. Previously, Mr. Cook was Co-Chairman of Global Crossing Ltd. and had a 39-year career at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), becoming Chairman and CEO in 1986 and Chairman Emeritus upon retirement. In 1994, Mr. Cook was invested with the insignia of Honorary Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (KBE) for his contribution to Anglo-American relations. He received BS degrees in Mathematics and Petroleum Engineering at Louisiana State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Ritchie is Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director of Pacific Capital Group. Mr. Ritchie joined the firm in 1998 following a 22-year career with an international accounting firm. Mr. Ritchie is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. Mr. Ritchie received his BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of Southern California in 1978, where he was appointed as the Arthur H. Carter Scholar representing the university.

Mr. Ginsberg is General Counsel and Managing Director of Pacific Capital Group. He previously was Of Counsel to Glaser, Weil Fink Jacobs & Shapiro, LLP and Chairman of the Board of Veritas Reinsurance Corp.; President and Managing Director of Whitehall Financial Group, LLC; President of First Capital Holdings Corp.; Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Republic Hogg Robinson, Inc.; and Chief Financial Officer of PennCorp Financial Inc. Mr. Ginsberg received his BS degree from the University of Connecticut and his JD degree from Hastings College of the Law. He is a CPA and a member of the California Bar.

Adam Winnick is a Managing Director of Pacific Capital Group. Prior to PCG, Mr. Winnick founded and managed an investment firm, ITU Ventures, to commercialize technology emerging from the nation’s leading research universities. Mr. Winnick also spent several years on Wall Street at CIBC World Markets. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Tufts University. He is a Board Trustee of the California Science Center.

Mr. Parish is a Managing Director of Pacific Capital Group. Mr. Parish was Director of Corporate Development for Global Crossing. Prior to joining PCG, Mr. Parish was in strategic consulting with Marakon Associates and handled corporate transactions at KMPG Peat Marwick and at Ernst & Young. Mr. Parish received his MBA from The Wharton Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Zalis is Senior Vice President of Pacific Capital Group and Executive Director of the Winnick Family Foundation. After working with three U.S. presidential campaigns, she served as Chief of Protocol for the State of California and as Senior Policy Advisor to the Office of the Governor. She founded and directed the California Trade Office in the Middle East. Ms. Zalis is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Goucher College with a BA degree and received a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland.
